History Talk

The Historical Talk takes place every Tuesday and Thursday at 5:00 PM and is designed for guests who prefer to avoid long walks or simply want a more relaxed experience.

During this activity, various aspects that make the Arenal Observatory Lodge & Trails unique are explored, highlighting its privileged geographical location in Costa Rica, where it is possible to appreciate the country’s biodiversity all in one place.

During the talk, the following topics are covered:

  • The importance of Costa Rica in terms of flora, fauna, and biodiversity.
  • An overview of the country’s main National Parks, with an emphasis on Arenal Volcano National Park.
  • The extraordinary biodiversity found within the hotel and its surroundings.
  • The activity is led by certified local guides, who also dedicate time to answering questions and addressing the attendees’ concerns.

With a maximum of 24 participants per session, prior reservation at the hotel reception is required to secure your spot.
